Well today was a great workout. But i have to back up a bit. Last week i was feeling a little bit discouraged. I felt things just weren't going my way. But my fiance and coworkers kept me encouraged. They helped me thru it. i am trully blessed to have such a great support system behind me.
Back to my workouts. Saturday my trainer worked me hard. i was huffing and puffing and sweating. I did my warm up on the treadmill to get my heartrate going. Then it was off to weights. Next i tried the elliptical machine. Kudos to those of you that can do it. I only lasted about 8-10 minutes before i had to stop. That machine is a killer. I only felt like i had to throw up twice. But i managed to make it threw the whole workout.
Tonite was another great workout. We started on the treadmill for a warmup, then to the weights. Tonites workout was more of a combo of weights/cardio. Paige laid a jumprope on the ground and i had to jump over it and make my way to the other end. Its alot harder than it looked. It took the breath out of me. At the end, during the stretching, i was able to do a few stretches that i was unable to do 2 weeks ago. That made me very happy and excited.
Paige also complemented me that she could tell i was loosing weight from looking at me from behind. I was so motivated after that. I have a really great trainer.
Well until next time, I am weighing at 298.
