Well I had my first work-out Monday, Jan. 24th. My trainer, Paige, took measurements and did an assessment test. I was not happy with my measurements but i know they will change. I am so excited. I did treadmill and some weight training. I am feeling it today but i know with the soreness comes success. I went back to the BREC facility and did 30 minutes on the treadmill. I felt great. I am still doing pretty good on my diet. Its all about portion control. My 14 year old is going to start walking with me when the weather is good. We are going to start off small. Doug also said that he would walk with me in the morning, real early in the morning. I am very lucky to have such a supportive family and supportive friends. I know last nite was my first workout session but i learned that you can use stuff around your house as weights. I cant wait to meet with Paige on thursday......
