Felisha, Keep it up. Paige, my trainer, is the same way. I went in about 2 weeks ago and told her that I just wasn't feeling it. and when she got thru with me i was feeling it. We started a more intense workout on thursday and i wanted to throw up afterwards. but the end result is my motivation and focus. you are strong keep it up

That's the spirit, Felisha! You have the right attitude, so keep it up. You're lucky you have a trainer who knows what he's doing. It's more fun when you do exercise outside the gym, right? You feel bolder with your every move, like you have all the freedom in the world. Just maintain that pace, and I'm sure you'll arrive at your fitness goals.
