Wow! The past six months has flown by for me and it has been a
great learning experience.
Starting this journey in
January was scary for me. I had this fear in the back of my mind that I
wouldn't be able to lose weight. As I weighed each month and saw results I
realized I could do this.
I’m not going to say it was easy, because it wasn’t. There were many ups and downs and days I was
sore and tired but I fought through it.
In the end it was worth every drop of sweat I left behind on the gym
floor.
The program may have come to the end but it is certainly not the
end for me. I still have a few goals I
want to accomplish and I now have the knowledge it takes to reach them.
I want to say thanks to WAFB, BREC, and OLOL for this wonderful
opportunity. Thanks to my family and
friends for all of their support and encouragement. Also, I want to say thanks to my trainer Donald
who had the tough job of helping me sweat those pounds off.
My total weight loss throughout the past six months was 46
pounds. I couldn’t be any happier.

Brittany,
I remember the day you called and told me about getting into this program. You sounded nervous but also happy and ready to take this on. I loved reading your blog and talking to you along the way about all your weight loss, your gym routines, and your goals. I have told you how proud I am of you and I am! YOU made this all happen. Fantastic Job Brittany! Love You AK
