Hello everyone!! I had my second doctors visit, and so far I have lost 11lbs. I wish I was putting up higher numbers but I realize that this is only the beginning and I will reach my goal.
At the doctors visit all my screenings came back good, except one. This is what I was most afraid of hearing, and that is diabetes. I was put on medicine, and was told to continue to exercise and eat healthy which can reverse this. It has been a little challenging getting used to all the diabetic supplies. I hate sticking myself, so for the first few times my wife had a good time(lol) sticking me and showing me the correct way to use the machine.
I completed another week of training. I really felt like a movie star Thursday, as I was being taped by WAFB working out. My trainer is really getting the job done, I am really starting to feel sore, but at the same time, I am also seeing how I am moving a lot better. I am curious to know what else Lee has in store for me, he told me the best is yet to come. So hopefully I am still alive next week,lol!!
11 pounds is AWESOME! Keep up the hard work Brett!
