Hello everyone!! This past week was very interesting. I met my trainer, Lee Cohn. He is a pretty cool dude. I think I will have a lot of success with him. We started off doing a lot of cardio. Surprisingly I did not die, like I thought I would. I did things like walking the track, treadmill, exercisebike, and sit-ups just to name a few. I am looking forward to next week, to begin lifting weights, so I can get all buff!! My wife is looking forward to that,lol!!! Anyway I am maintaining this lifestyle change well, so please just continue to keep me and my family in prayer for continued strength and endurance.
